Everything was fine and well organized.

Pros: I really enjoyed my stay here. The place was quiet, comfortable, and made me feel relaxed. The facilities were good and everything I needed was available, which made the stay pleasant and stress-free.

Cons: The kitchenette was a bit small, but manageable for a short stay.

Great property but communications with owner poor if you have specific questions/needs

Pros: Great location. Room was bright and layout was comfortable.

Cons: Booking and check in is smooth as long as you do not have specific questions or requirements. We had requests regarding accessibility and early check in. Response time was slow, if at all, and was rude when I followed up to obtain clarification. The room itself was well designed however showed some wear. The blinds on the beautiful picture windows did not close. I used a sleeping mask to block out moonlight and sunrise. Also, kitchen utensils were missing - for example there was only one knife for two people.

Pros: Big room, comfortable, clean and modern. Good location and free parking a short walk away. All at a very competative price.

Cons: I did not recieve the door code in an email, luckily the cleaning lady was there when I arrived to let me in.

Very chill, nothing to complain.

Pros: Everything was nice and convenient. The room was super clean. The host was very communicative and responsive. I’ve asked for a bike and he immediately helped me with one.

Cons: Nothing.

Excellent for longer stays

Pros: Free bike use was a big plus during a long stay in Leuven!

It was one of the best stays I've ever had.

Pros: Boardhousing Aparthotel is an ideal choice for a longer stay when you need a comfortable home away from home, and it definitely fulfilled that role during my 25-night stay. The location is fantastic, with easy access to public transport from early morning to late evening, and it's also just a short walk to the city center. The area is full of charming buildings, making strolling around a pleasure, and there are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. I felt completely safe, even when walking around at 10:00 PM. The room was well-equipped, with a washing machine and tumble dryer available in the building for guest use, which was super convenient. There’s also a desk in the room, perfect if you need to work or check emails. And a kitchenette for preparing meals. All in all, it was one of the best stays I’ve ever had.

Pros: Location is great, very close to train and bus station.

Cons: It was a bit cold.

Pros: Efficient check in, Nice rooms. Kitchen small, but it has all we needed. Neda were OK, there was enough space in the rooms.

Cons: No personal contact. The heating sistem was difficult to set, the numbers on dials were not visible.

Will come again!

Pros: Great location, free parking a few minutes away but possibility to unload the car in front of the building; everything we needed was there. No coffee pads or sugar, salt or anything for cooking though; but a store nearby that is open on Sundays as well.

Cons: No real curtain or blinds in our room.

Pros: The location was perfect. The contact person was helpfull. The studio had everything we needed. There was even a washing machine for our clothes.

Cons: Sunday there was a market in frond of the appartment and the police took our car. I thing we should be informed about that.
