Prime location with awesome hosts, definitely recommend
Pros: The apartment is exactly as described and in fact looked bigger than in the pictures. It is located above the veterinary practice, and you have the entire space to yourself. All rooms were spacious, clean and aesthetic. We had an amazing stay here also, thanks to the hosts especially Karlien! She was so helpful and accommodating with our requests e.g. when I needed help to collect a delivery while we were out. Location is also exemplary as there are 2 bus stops and 2-3 big supermarkets all within walking distance. The view from the apartment was also stunning especially during sunsets and it's located in a safe, quiet and peaceful neighborhood. All in all, I highly recommend this apartment and would like to thank Karlien once again for being a responsive and reliable host.
Cons: These are minor issues as it did not affect our overall experience, but we were slightly confused/ perplexed after checking in: - the main door is transparent (thick fortified glass?). There is however a flight of stairs leading to the apartment after passing the main door, so no one can necessarily look into the apartment from the entryway. But since it was our first time staying in such an apartment, we were mildly concerned. - the hallway flooring is concrete I believe which was actually ice cold during our stay. We unfortunately arrived in Leuven on the coldest days of the week, so providing room slippers during our stay would have been nice.

Good value
Pros: It’s spacious, clean, kitchen well equipped, quiet area. The skyline for natural light was really nice.
Cons: They don’t have heating assured, only by the air conditioning systems and the air gets too dry. No windows within the rooms for clean air.

Clean and spacious flat in a beautiful city
Pros: Excellent communication with the host, very clear instructions. Flat was spacious and very comfortable with everything you might need for your stay. Excellent shower, everything was spotlessly clean and very comfy beds. Super location for exploring the beautiful city.

Pros: Facilities are new and of good quality. Lots of space. There are a number of bus stations and supermarkets near the apartment, as well as a large park. City center can be reached on foot.
Cons: Although pre-announced by the owner, we found separate sheets and towels purchase from a locker unusual.

Pros: Leuk appartement van alle gemakken voorzien aan de rand van Leuven, makkelijk parkeren voor de deur, ondanks de koude dagen is het appartement prima te verwarmen wel verlies je veel warmte op de koude gang en trapgat.

Aanrader voor een weekendje weg in Leuven.
Pros: Het was heel schoon en alles wat je nodig hebt was ook aanwezig. Het is er lekker rustig met slapen en de auto kon voor de deur geparkeerd worden.
Cons: Het appartement had niet echt veel sfeer omdat het allemaal heel strak geregeld was. Daardoor wel gemakkelijker schoon te houden. Omdat wij er alleen sliepen was dat echter geen probleem.

Heerlijk verblijf voor een bezoek aan Leuven.
Pros: Ruim en zeer netjes onderkomen aan de rand van Leuven. 20 tot 25 minuten lopen en je staat op de oude markt. Je kunt ook makkelijk met de bus. Die stopt voor de deur.
Cons: Niets. Ik vond alleen de bedden redelijk zacht maar dat is een persoonlijke voorkeur.

De l'espace dans un appartement moderne, entre l'université et la vieille ville
Pros: Tres grand appartement, literie neuve, salle de bain moderne, cuisine bien équipée. Idéal pour aller travailler à KUL Entre les bois tous proches et le centre ville, calme le soir. Hote réactif
Cons: Un peu surpris d'avoir à payer en plus pour les draps de lit et les serviettes de toilettes. Pas de savon et shampooing (prévus heureusement)
