Tastefully designed apartment in Laarne main street

Pros: Spacious, great design, comfortable bed, great little outdoor area with lovely view of neighbouring trees. Enough basic essentials for self-catering. Cosy atmosphere. Right in the Main Street with restaurants, bar, pharmacy and general store in close walking distance. Close to bus stop that goes to Wetteren Train station in one direction and Ghent in the other direction. All in all a wonderful apartment. We loved it and will come back again.

Cons: I can’t think of anything that we didn’t like. However, some people with limited mobility and/or stability may struggle with the narrow steep stairs. Not a problem for us, but worth mentioning here for those who may have a problem with it.

Pros: Beautifully furnished room. All very stylish. Breakfast delicious. Had to climb 2 flights of stairs .

Pros: Everything was perfect! Clear and convenient! Hilde is very friendly and helpful !! Breakfast is also fine!

Pros: Lovely cozy house, very nice room. We had a good meetign with the host who explained everything. The location was a bit far from Ghent but nice and quiet, and an easy bus ride to Ghent. Would highly recommend.

Pros: Everything was perfect: - beautifully decorated room - very clean - good breakfast served in the room - safe storage place for bicycles - very close to the beautiful Laarne Castle (must see) The owner was very welcoming, friendly and helpful. 100% recommended.

Pros: What can I say? This is one of the best Bed and Breakfasts we´ve ever been to! Starting with the kindness of the owner (due to a snowstorm we arrived a day late, for which she showed absolute flexibility), followed by a warm welcome, the spotlessly clean, stylish and cosy rooms, and a wonderful breakfast in the mornings. Laarne was perfectly situated for our family visits in Gent, without having to deal with the parking -and traffic issues of the city. A pity we didn´t have the time to explore the castle and the surroundings, but we already look forward to coming back!

Cons: Nothing, everything was perfect! The stairs are a bit steep, maybe not so suited for people with mobility issues, but that wasn´t a problem for us.

Very comfy

Pros: Very comfortable, wifi, comfy beds, kitchen, cot provided for wee one, air con, refreshments, and lovely staff.

Cons: Not much food choice on Tuesdays

Good resting in a silent town.

Pros: It was not only room and bathroom but also kitchen and all other equipments. Free parking and silence was perfect.

Pros: The room was clean and cosy with good taste in decoration. The bed was comfy. The host was friendly and responsive. The stair is steep (very typical Dutch stairs 😂). Highly recommended!
