Pros: We had an amazing stay, it's very homely, clean and probably one of the best places we have stayed at. The hosts are friendly and helpful. Breakfast was a feast and we enjoyed it very much. We hope to visit again soon.

Pros: We loved the breakfast, it was perfect, so many different specialties in a lovely room. Also the bathroom was very big (the shower too) and comfortable. We reached the place by bus and they proposed to give us a ride to the train station the day after. The hosts were very kind the whole time and the environment was very pleasant. We recommend it!

Pros: Everyone reading this, we want you to know that the place is really amazing! Warm welcome from the hosts Karelian and Luk! Everywhere in the house is incredibly cozy! Regarding the accommodation, everything is on the level- good location, clean room, huge private bathroom with everything you need, good internet and the food, which is more than wonderful! This place definitely deserves a rating of 10! We highly recommend it!

A home away from home 🏠

Pros: This place I super authentic and localised, away from touristy areas. Staying here is like living like a local. We loved it so much!

Best stay ever!

Pros: Everything was simply perfect, cozy atmosphere, the room was very nice, comfortable and the hosts were super welcoming, they made us feel at home. Breakfast was superlative! We feel very lucky to have found this place.

Excellent base to explore Ghent if you have bikes

Pros: Great shower and comfortable bed in peaceful room and safe storage for our bikes

Excellent. The hosts were really welcoming.

Pros: The breakfast was usual continental but food made by the host herself was really good.

Cons: Bed could be better. It made noise even with a slight movement.

Pros: Hosts are very friendly, English speaking and helpful. Guided us to a little Italian restaurant 1km away, made a reservation for us and then gave us a 10% off voucher. Highly recommend said Italian, great fresh food and can watch the pizza being made. Staff were also excellent 👌 The room we stayed in was adequate for our 1 night stay for a family of four. Our kids are teenagers but the kids beds are up a staircase within the double room. Bathroom is massive.and everyone had their own set of towels which was a nice touch. Breakfast was awesome!! Everything you could think of. Pastires, yoghurt, fruit, cheeses, meats, breads, cereals, all the accompaniments and then offered eggs bacon etc! Coffee and orange juice was excellent and offers of more, of anything if you wished! Couldn't fault breakfast and the hosts again offered help if you wanted to visit Ghent. Excellent hosts 🥰

Cons: Personal preference of course but my pillow was rather hard and high and if you're particular, you can hear the hosts downstairs, just like you would at home!

Lovely hosts & breakfast

Pros: Lovely hosts, very spacious and comfortable shower, a delicious big breakfast. We could not find an accommodation in Ghent for the night but this was the perfect stopover for us before we headed back home.
