Cozy but very cold

Pros: The location was perfect for us, with the tram right in front. The room was super cute and cozy, however it was very cold since the windows were very drafty. There was just one thin blanket on the bed and the radiator didn't work very well. The host never responded when we asked for an additional blanket for the bed and toilet paper. Thankfully we have family in the area with spare blankets we could borrow. Other than a dog barking a few times and people occasionally in the stairwell, it was very quiet.

Cons: It was so cold and the host was not responsive. The bed was okay, but could use a topper since it dug into my hip a bit The pillows were old down pillows that were so flat that they were pretty much non-existent. I found a non-down one in the wardrobe but it was also very flat.

Perfect room

Pros: The room is large and comfortable, well furnished. The location of the house is great, the area is quiet and the tram stop that takes you in the centre of bruxelles in 15 minutes is right outside the house. Xavier is very kind!!!

Pros: Great place to stay! The room is clean, cozy, and exactly as described. The location is very convenient — easy to reach the city center. Had a wonderful vacation, highly recommend!

Pros: the room and the building has nice interior decorations. The location is good, near city centre.

Cons: The host first said there is luggage storage at the property and later said there is none, derailed our schedule. the room is at the top floor with no elevator...

Pros: Amazing room and building, in a perfect location, surrounded by coffee shops, supermarkets, and shops open till late. And with the trams right in front of the door. On top: the host gives precious info about the area and restaurants/acctactions to visit.

Quiet, high quality, excellent location

Pros: The house is a beautiful old Brussels townhouse, in a quiet, tidy, safe area with a very relaxing vibe. The room (garden-facing at the rear, with balcony) was very spacious, quiet, well equipped and furnished, and decorated with an interesting range of original art, prints, objéts and photographs. It is exceptionally well located, on the 4 and 92 tram lines (15-20 minutes to Gare du Midi, Bourse, Grand Place, and the Parc de Brussel area), and only a short walk from local shops and restaurants.

Cons: Not really anything not to like. Just so much better than some generic chain hotel.

A cozy room in a stunning building.

Pros: The building is amazing! The bathroom and carpet could use some updating though. The neighborhood was great, we found a Jamaican restaurant just a 5 minute walk away which was amazing and the tram is just a 2 minute walk from the building.

Cons: Maybe an aircondition would be great!

Pros: Beautiful home. Amazing shower. Room was very impressive.

Cons: Didn't like the area it was located but right by the tramp so easy to get about. Pillows not comfy and were feather. Not great as am allergic. Bit of a funky smell to soft furnishings. Sofa very past it's best.
