Pros: Good location, cleanliness, good communication, and smooth administration. As for the room, I think I got the worst one (Blue Moon) — it was dark, cold, and small compared to the other rooms I saw in the pictures. I wanted to stir the sugar in my coffee, but there was no teaspoon. Of course, it’s just a small thing, but hopefully something that can be improved.

Great place to stay, but not ideal if you need an invoice.

Pros: Central, attractive and spacious. I was also given an upgrade which was appreciated.

Cons: I asked in advance whether I could get a tax invoice for the stay, but there was no reply. Upon leaving, I requested the invoice which was entirely wrong - and the owner had no tax registration. I am still waiting for the corrected invoice.

Pros: It was easy to self check in, very clean, spacious, bed very comfortable.

Cons: Wifi very weak, even signal from our esim card wasn't working. Tv has no channels( There were only 2 mugs, one of them was cracked(

Great bolt hole for a city break to feel like a Brussels native

Pros: Stylish and comfortable room with a good shower, hot water and a comfy bed. We liked the contactless check-in and being able to come and go as we pleased with our own keys.

Cons: We couldn't get the TV to work! And we would have liked more pods for the coffee machine.

Pros: Great value for money, room was lovely and modern. We checked in ourselves so didn’t even meet any staff. This may have been an issue for some people but we loved it

Nice short stay in Brussels

Pros: The location is very good, 20 min walk from the central square. The room was quiet, clean and comfortable. The self checkin service was very convenient.

Cons: The only negative thing we encountered was that in the morning there was no hot water in the bathroom. We had to go in a hurry so we did not have time to contact the property.
