Central location and comfortable, self-contained unit

Pros: Excellent location close to cafes, restaurants, public transport and within walking distance of museums. Very comfortable unit.

Cons: Note that there is no lift in the building so you may need to climb several flights of stairs if you are staying on the 3rd or 4th floor

Excellent, except the beds

Pros: The location is absolutely perfect; two minutes to central station and to the core of the city. Couldn't be better. There are a lot of services around, but the street is quiet at night. The apartment is big enough, the shower and the wc are separated, wich is very convenient when you share a room, and the equipment of the apartment is enough to prepare a simple diner. The heat works properly and the neighbours were very quiet when we were there. The owner is ready to answer questions and, though there is no desk personnel, you can leave your luggage for some hours once you leave.

Cons: The beds in our apartment (the first floor one, with an extra bed) are absolutely disapointing. Not real beds, in fact. Not confortable enough, and not clean enough. If you have a light sleep this is a serious inconvenience. Is the only one, but is important. With proper beds I would score 9. Besides, there is no elevator, the stairs are very narrow and there is not the slightest indications at the door, wich can be a little bit messy, but those are minor issues.

A quick work related stay in a nice cosy apartment very central to where I had to go.

Pros: There was no breakfast included. So I cannot rate that. The location of the apartment in relation to where I had to go was fantastic. I had meetings at the Glass Cube, which was around 200 m from the apartment and less than 2 minutes walk. The apartment is beautifully done, it has a touch of care. I had meetings the whole day and had left the room early 8 am. I had left my suitecase inside, and when I got back, I changed from my suit in the corridor to put in comfortable clothes. I am grateful to the owner for letting me do that.

Cons: A significant problem was 4th floor with a narrow spiral staircase and no elevator. It was extremely difficult to take my small bag to the top of the apartment. But you can see that the carpets, kitchen, etc need some cleaning, it is not bad but its certainly not in line with the price of the apartment. The kitchen area could be cleaner.

Pros: Amazing location, great value for price. Would definitely recommend. Very spacious living space, nice living room, comfortable rest place.

Cons: Instructions to get in should be accessible - I arrived and could not find information, called and no one picked up, and only when I went to message the owner did I see the message with the instructions, which were not emailed in the confirmation.

Super appart dans le centre de Bruxelle

Pros: appartement hyper bien placé ! communication avec le propriétaire facile . Idéal pour 2 ou 3 personnes pour visiter Bruxelles .

Pros: Las camas están muy bien. La ubicación es excelente, cerca de todo. La atención y amabilidad del administrador. Todo al alcance.

Cons: Cómo en la mayoría de hospedajes en Europa, no acceso por medio de ascensor, venir preparado para subir maletas por escaleras angostas.

Perfect location

Pros: Localização é perfeita. Ao lado da estação de trem e do centro histórico. Tem um Carrefour express bem ao lado. O auto check-in foi muito fácil também. O quarto é bem grande, com cozinha equipada.

Cons: Escadas são bem estreitas, sendo um pouco perigoso subir e descer, principalmente com malas. Há uns carpetes meio encardidos no quarto, parecendo um imóvel antigo. A cama não é muito boa, até meio torta. O ralo do chuveiro é meio lento, tendo que abrir só um poucoo chuveiro para não inundar.

Pros: Appartement agréable et cosy, idéalement situé en plein centre.

Cons: La nuit, il peut y avoir quelques personnes sans-abri ayant bu de l’alcool. Elles sont inoffensives, mais parfois un peu bruyantes
