Wonderful hotel

Pros: It is wonderful hotel. Nice, clean, very comfortable. Breakfast is very tasty, good and wide choice of meals. The staff is very kind and friendly. My best recommendations.

Pros: The ease of self check in, as I have arrived quite late. The room was clean and spacious (coffee maker as well). Breakfast in the restaurant nearby, the area is a bit secluded but it is pleasant being next to the pond and still accessible by bus and tram.

Pros: Spotless room with large firm bed with balcony. Microwave and fridge. Friendly manager showed me to room.

Cons: Everything was good, but worth noting that location is almost a mile from the nearest metro.

Cons: We struggled to find reception,until a passer by told us it was in the Italian restaurant around the corner.Poor signage but that was being remedied as we left by the workmen on site so other guests should be OK. Just a further comment.the hot water is \

Pros: Quick tram ride 81 from centre of Brussels. Coffee pod machine, comfortable beds. Very clean. Easy check in. Included breakfast was amazing!!

Cons: It is out of centre of town which means lovely and quiet but tram required to see anything of Brussels. For a 2 night stay it wasn't a problem to get the team once we knew how. Be mindful that some of the rooms are up 3 flights of stairs so could be an issue with heavy bags or older person.

Pros: Very helpful staff, felt secure and nice quiet location. Excellent restaurant next door and very good breakfast. The room had everything you need to be self sufficient if needed. Very comfortable bed.

Lovely staff, great food, put Bella Vita into your sat nav.

Pros: Everything looked brand new, the room and bathroom were spotlessly clean, great view from the balcony and window of the lake. Fridge and microwave in the room. Breakfast and dinner at Bella Vita were exceptional. The staff were lovely. Easy to get into Brussels via Voi bikes parked by the lake (upload the app) - 25 minutes.

Cons: Difficult to find the actual building where we stayed, no hotel sign, head straight for Bella Vita. Note that Bella Vita is not open for dinner on a Monday, but the Brussels badminton club a short walk away have a lovely restaurant which was great value. Close your windows/balcony door at night, we got lots of midge bites the first night. Not great insulation between the rooms, but all quiet after 11pm. The loo in our bathroom was unusually low and the TV on the wall was too high should be covering up the plugs, just minor things!!

Pros: The residence's location in a quiet area, with an adjacent Italian restaurant and pizzeria serving a sweet and savory breakfast, was excellent. Bea was welcoming and attentive, offering us helpful tips on how to get to the center of Brussels. The room was clean and comfortable.

Nature in the city

Pros: A beautiful residence in the outskirts of Brussels near a most wonderful and peaceful park, it felt like being in the countryside. The owners and staff were more than friendly and warm, a big thank you for making us feel welcome. When we go back to Brussels, we will definitely stay there!
