Pros: It was coming home to good old friends! The „music“ played in the kitchen 🙂

Cons: You need to be aware that you actually come to a house where the owner lives also. So, as a guest house, don’t expect a hotel 😉😂

Charming little small-scale homestay in a quaint part of Brusssels

Pros: The bed is superb, the breakfast is extensive and the couple that owns the house is very friendly, just as the people working for them. There is free parking right in the street in front of the place, there is a small shop right around the corner and public transport also stops a stone's throw from the front door. The rooms (two in total) are on the top floor of the residential house so there is lots of peace & quiet, and the neighborhood is very green and relaxing, offered us a new perspective on Brussels. There are good places to eat a short walk away too.

Cons: The stairs to reach the house and the top floor are a bit steep and narrow. Not a problem for us, but might be for some less abled people. There was a curtain (not a door) dividing the bed area and bathroom in our room which is unfortunate. Biggest problem we had was unfortunately a strong sewer smell in the room, this is likely because the rooms are in the rop floor / under the roof of the house, and there is probably a vent somewhere in the roof, as is common. We had to sleep with the window open due to this. But perhaps we were unlucky and this is an incident or due to the way the wind was blowing, not sure.

Pros: Super nice owners and absolutely lovely room, much better than an ordinary hotel

Good location, friendly and nice owner, cosy clean rooms

Pros: Very nice and friendly owner. She said her English is poor, but we had no problem with communication, she seems to be a very cheerful and nice person. The room was better than we expected, cute and cosy interior. The neighborhood is very secure and well maintained, bus stop was very close.

Recommendable nice house for several days stay

Pros: - Nice comfortable house with quiet surroundings - Every morning you would be served with fresh with multiple choice breakfast (if you book it, of course) - Room was clean with enough space for a couple - Free parking spot in front of the house (otherwise it is difficult in Belgium!)

Cons: - one should know that the house is private house and you will get one guest room! - It is really not close to the city (but one should be aware when the booking is done :-) - WiFi is good, but if you sit outside on the terrace- bad/ no service (which is logical)

Pros: Nous avons passé un très bon séjour, chambre très confortable, accessible très facilement par les bus. Petit déjeuner excellent. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la rencontre avec Fareda.

Pros: Sehr nette Betreiberin mit vielen tollen Tips. Kostenlos parken vor der Tür. Buslinie 95 fährt alle paar Minuten zum Grande Places 😍

Cons: Bett hatte leider eine tiefe Kuhle die erste Nacht hab ich kaum geschlafen 🤷

Petite virée à Bruxelles

Pros: Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Bruxelles ! La maison était idéalement placée pour explorer la ville. L’hôte était très accueillante et nous a partagée de belles adresses de restaurants et de visites. Merci pour votre disponibilité

Cons: La chambre manquait de confort, notamment en raison de l’absence totale de séparation entre les WC et l’espace nuit. Niveau intimité insuffisantes.Dans cette petite chambre il manquait une télévision.Rapport qualité-prix décevant.

Pros: On rejoint le centre de Bruxelles très rapidement avec bus et tram.
