Great location with a generous host.

Pros: Location, suggestions for things to do, maps etc and the artistic elements of the building.

Cons: Super steep stairs and pillows were really small and quite hard.

Pros: We liked the house very much & the location was great for getting around the town with shops & a supermarket 2 minutes away for everything we needed transport nearby too

Pros: Location is just few minutes walk from city center and the whole flat is awesome! Comfortable beds and furniture, clean and very spacious even from 5+ people. Communication with host was simply and easy.

Cons: We have not been able to open door by the code, but the key worked for us luckily every time. As we were five friends we made fun from the open shower and toilet on 2nd floor (where are four out of five beds). Lot of steps.

Spacious modern property in good location - ideal for groups of friends

Pros: Extremely spacious property and a short walk from the centre of Gent. I didn’t know there was a roof terrace available so that was an added benefit. Bathrooms were large and fit and finish was good - modern and stylish. Host was also responsive.

Cons: The upstairs bedroom / bathroom area was rather open plan so a little lacking in privacy or separation. This wasn’t a problem for us as a group of friends, but imagine could be more so if there’s say a few couples sharing.
