Pros: All boxes ticked. I would go there again ih coming to Aalst

centrally situated, modern, comfortable. Staff excellent, very friendly and helpful.

Pros: Breakfast was good. However, the menu on the hot food remained the same each day. The chef could also alternate. Perhaps, change up with mushrooms, baked beans in a tomatoe chutney, maybe a frittata, some chia pudding as some examples to bring in variety.

Cons: The gym needs more equipment like some more matts dumbbells, towels and a water station, tv.

Beautiful clean room with comfortable bed plus a friendly reception

Pros: I loved the quick check-in and check-out service, the reception was friendly and helpful. I like the nice comfortable bed and the clean room plus nice chair and cushions with nice colours. The white curtains and painting made the room look good!

Cons: One guy was trying to open my door with his key twice , but luckily he didn’t succeed! Maybe he didn’t find his own room number and came to wrong door, because the rooms’ number are on the floor not on the door!

Brilliant Staff, breakfast and location !

Pros: The room was cumfatuble, the staff are very accommodating and friendly nothing was a problem. The breakfast was exceptional with plenty to choose from. The hotel is in walking distance to all amenities, bars restaurants, fast food and shops. I will defiantly stay here again!!

Cons: The only thing i could add here is the bathroom sink didn't drain very quick but nothing that a plunger would'nt fix. The bed had a dip in the middle so maybe a new topper or new mattress but nothing major.

My husband was in the OLV hospital and for me this hotel felt comfortable, efficient and cosy.

Pros: All was exactly good at this hotel. A personal treatment by friendly staff. A very tasty and adequate breakfast. Nice room. All clean and practical.

Cons: In almost every hotel the downs for the beds are to warm. I always bring my own and first thing is that I have to remake my bed.

Cons: I arrange breakfast for 2 persons ( my collogues from outside) and they charged me Euro 32 each , which is in view overpriced for that breakfast meal, that was the only minus point, all others were ok

Good stay

Pros: We liked our room very much. Everything worked well. The hotel is quiet, well located and modern. As we arrived quite late in the evening, we appreciated being able to have a good pasta meal from the limited menu in the bar rather than looking for a restaurant in the dark evening. I also made use of the little sauna, which was very hot, and I had the place to myself! overall, very satisfied. The location is just a few minutes walk from the centre of Aalst, and an easy walk from the train station.

Cons: Neither of these things were a problem to us, but might confuse other people: There are no numbers on the rooms; we worked out which room was ours, and remembered which it was but I do wonder if other people may forget which door is theirs.
