Excellent and friendly

Pros: Very friendly staff and clean room and nice bathroom

Pros: Everything was perfect. Super nicely decorated, modern, big, spacious room, with a great shower and an amazing bathtub, located in a beautiful quite area five minutes away from Dendermonde.

Cons: Just to mention something, I don't like the individual bed duvets, I wish it was one big double duvet instead, but this is something common in northern Europe countries :)

Pros: We loved our stay at Abalona, breakfast was amazing. Owners were very helpful and approachable. We hired bikes, which were in great condition and ideal for a days activity and getting around the town. Would highly recommend

Pros: We stayed in Flat 1, exceptional space and comfort, stunning decor. Peaceful location, very quiet at night - great nights sleep! Easy bike hire and safe cycling from the hotel. Fabulous breakfast. Super friendly host, thank you!

Pros: Fabulously comfortable room bed and good quality bedding. Stunning bathroom. Room also had A/C heat/cool, a terrace with table and chairs, a mini fridge and a table and chairs to eat at. Our rooms were arrange around a large fish pond at the back of the premises. Breakfast was continental, good variety, lots of fresh fruit, meats and cheeses. There was a very good coffee machine, an fresh orange juicer and the most delicious selection of breads. Clearly someone spent a lot of money on high quality fixtured and fittings. There is parking at the front and side of the premises, the side has 2 x EV chargers. Inge, the only staff member and possibly owner is exceptionally attentive, helpful and so very pleasant

Cons: There was an odd noise at night, occasionally, sounded like an engine or motor powering up every so often, it wasn't intrusive. I don't have anything against which to price compare, we were getting 5 star accommodation but equally we were paying for it. They need more pics on their listing - it doesnt do them justice

Pros: Location, the service, the neatness, the hygiene, the care, the communication before arrival. All is perfect! They really have a sense of treating the customer like royalty. The owners are so kind and very down to earth. They know what this business is all about. I love the pictures projection in the restaurant, which shows you how this B&B came to be. It's very inspiring.

Cons: There is nothing not to be liked! It is that amazing! I really looked for anything I could suggest as improvement, and I can not find it! The one thing that I can mention is that I would prefer 1 double bed cover instead of 2x single bed covers. But that is a matter of test and choice.
