Pros: Very friendly and helpful staff. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious with a great selection of food. The wellness area with the swimming pool, saunas and gym was excellent. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.

Pros: Breakfast was lovley as was its conversion to a noght time bar. Proximity to Colmar a plus also! Good sauna and steam room

Cons: The fizzy water was out of acrion for 2 days on 9th floor!

Excellent place to stay and relax

Pros: Great facilities, very helpful staff. Relaxing in sauna after a long drive was great. Food was excellent (we had both dinner and breakfast). We only stayed for one night, but would definitely consider coming back.

A great short stay. Made brilliant by fantastic staff. The staff make the hotel. Awesome.

Pros: Lyn on reception. Superstar! All the staff in the Bar, we had a blast, thank you. Easy parking Great location for us visiting the expo centre

Cons: Maybe, offer travellers from the UK larger cups in the Bedroom. We like a big cup/mug of tea!

Good enough for overnight stay.

Pros: Location Good park near by to walk the dogs Self service for snacks and drinks just next to reception. Coffee/tea facilities in the room.

Cons: 30/12 early evening, queues to check in and there is only one member of staff. He was really efficient and did everything he could to accommodate everyone’s wish. But the checking in process is simply too long: filling forms, taking copies of the passport, is it really necessary? Parking costs quite a lot on the top of the room fee, so does staying with the pet. I stayed in the same hotel couple of weeks ago and commented how quiet the room was. Not this time. The traffic noise could be easily heard in the room, but I guess this is what you need to put up with if you staying in a convenient, near to the motorway location.
