Very pleasant stay in a large, spacious room

Fabulous

Pros: Reception staff were welcoming. Rooms were very clean. Breakfast was excellent and restaurant was also very good.

Fabulous little relaxation getaway

Pros: Fabulous spa like bathroom with a sauna that is the real deal. Super comfortable bed too

Cons: No dining table, made room service a bit tricky

Wonder staff, yummy breakfast

Pros: Breakfast was great, staff were super nice. We were staying here for a local wedding so it was very convenient. A local bus takes you into central Antwerp. During our stay we had a medical emergency with our baby and the staff were amazing at supporting us and going above and beyond to take as much stress out of the situation as they could - we really appreciated it.

Comfortable, clean & well appointed rooms. Fantastic restaurant. Lots of parking

Pros: The outside located rooms are great with lots of parking. Very comfortable with tea and coffee. Large bathrooms. Lovely restaurant, food quality is excellent. Have stayed here many times.

Cons: On a few occasions we have had either slow or no service from the bar area. Also sometimes the reception staff have been unwelcoming.

1 night stay for business and pleasure local to hotel

Pros: Large room , very clean , good shower ,very comfortable bed and very good breakfast

Cons: Having paid for room on arrival , when we had a drink in the bar trying to pay was a farce as the staff struggled to process as we had paid for room on arrival and they blamed a new system but 3 staff went forwards and backwards between restaurant and bar and eventually we were able to pay for the drinks . It took way to long .
