Friendly staff and very good nights sleep.

Pros: Friendly staff at check-in and check-out. Bar and restaurant looked appealing. Huge playground at the back of the restaurant for smaller guests. Easy parking. Very comfy beds!

Cons: Bicycle storage inaddequate especially in winter. Rooms on the smaller side. Stairs very steep.

Pros: We got a room with a direct entrance from the outside, so it was very convenient with a pet.

Cons: Personally for us, the bed mattresses were too hard.

Great stay

Pros: Was great staying there , we had a upgrade , was enjoyable, we wanted to escape the crazy fireworks in the Netherlands so we were happy to stay there for the night, great room, great bed very friendly staff. We will be back !

Pros: Rooms are as you might expect. Restaurant was (more than) excellent. Big compliments to the kitchen.

Cons: Not a big thing, just a suggestion: Install a soap dispenser at the sink. To be able to wash your hands after you went to the toilet.. There is a piece of soap, but for the few times you use the toilet, it is a bit exaggerated to open the soap and throw it away after you checked out.

Amazing Hotel

Pros: The hotel was exactly what we needed!! We had arrived in Rotterdam & were on our way to Bruges & needed a stop off point. This hotel did not disappoint!! Clean, tidy & and well-appointed, the hotel staff spoke perfect English and were so accommodating & helpful. The restaurant has an amazing menu, and we both had steak, which was devine. The hotel has an outside terrace with firepits in the tables!! Ask the staff to light them for you !! Thank you so much for making our first night's stay in Belgium so wonderful ❤️

Cons: Nothing. The hotel was perfect. The only minor fault was the room was slightly dark & could do with extra lighting.
