Pros: The breakfast was very good, delicious, and filling. The reception staff was very attentive and polite. The hotel itself is in a good location, quiet and peaceful, with cafes and restaurants nearby where you can spend a relaxing evening. There's also a huge and beautiful park. One minor gripe: parking was a bit of a struggle; we barely found a spot, but otherwise, everything was fine.

Perfect budget hotel. Would stay again.

Pros: Perfect for a budget hotel. Very friendly staff and welcoming. We didn't use the breakfast but the front desk asked what time we'd like it - which was a nice touch. Room clean, hot shower, comfortable beds and bedding. Walking distance from the ING arena. Would stay here again.

Cons: Stairs are narrow and we were the top floor - difficult without a lift and large luggage. Ask for a lower room if you have large cases.

Excellent.

Pros: The hotel was clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful! They responded to all our requests promptly. The breakfasts were excellent. Public transportation is nearby, making it easy to get to the city center. Location was perfect for my event.

Perfect for a short stay for the Expo

Pros: While this isn't a five star hotel and doesn't even claim to be the staff were exceptional, accommodating and tried really hard for us. Our shower was broken, but fixed in 10 minutes with new parts. The USB ports didn't work but they immediately got a charger for my daughters iPad. Beds were comfy, room was spotless on arrival. Lovely, thank you guys.

Cons: Just the noise from the trams but that's not their fault

Cons: Too few power sockets in room. Noise from trams but not in the middle of the night.

Pros: Really close to Atomium and National Football Ground. Nice and clean

Cons: Brussels is a busy city with excellent public transport so there’s always a busy noise - trams and traffic etc if the windows are open

Pros: If you are looking for a budget, family friendly, clean hotel for a short stay in a safe location then this is a good choice.

Cons: The bathroom was a bit old. Could not get the TV to work. A bit noisy as it is faced the street with Trams running until late.

Pros: Great staff of this hotel, wonderfully helpful and polite. Hotel near Atomium, park and public transportation stations (tram/metro Houba). Quiet neighbourhood.

Cons: Weird smell in the bathroom. Rooms are not so much soundprooven.
