Pros: Very clean, the room was very good. Very convenient for the tram into the city centre.

Cons: The car park surface needs some repairs in places.

Pros: Everybody was really friendly and helpful. I always book this hotel when I have to attend FACTS. Everytime, it was a nice stay. Restaurant staff and rhe front office staff are always so helpful and nice.

Pleasant and welcoming

Pros: Comfortable feeling in the restaurant area. Very pleasant staff at both dinner when we arrived and breakfast the next morning. Produced Gluten Free Bread on request, no issues
