Pros: The decor and facilities were fabulous. Staff professional, helpful and friendly. Dinner very good. Room lovely and comfortable.

Great Hotel, great staff overal

Pros: I really love the rooms. I had the one with the view over the golf course and the lakes. The rooms are spacious and modern and luxurious. Everything I want from a hotel is present, decent shower, decent toilet, bathroom amenities, towels, bathrobes, safe, Nespresso, minibar, sweets, chocolates, closet, hangers, steamer for clothes, lights, chairs and tables, great bed and great sheets with lots of cushions. Enough sockets to charge appliances. The staff is amazing, frontdesk, waitress, even the cleaning lady says a very welcome hello ! Amazing happiness... I have been here once before. It is my second time. And I already booked a third time! Well done everyone!

Cons: I had to wait more than 15 minutes for my eggs Benedict, who were amazing by the way.

Cons: My shower wasn’t draining properly the first night. But this is just a minor issue easily fixed.

Comfy, spacious, give your self a treat, you deserve it

Pros: Full and complete breakfast with à la carte plates to order in addition to an international buffet, with special juices to choose from. Very quiet, spacious, big tv in the room, nice shower. Very comfortable, I would highly recommend.

Cons: The restaurant/bar is a bit expensive. Eating there every night is not an option if you are on a budget.

Great anniversary stay

Pros: Amazing new hotel. The rooms were spacious, well-designed and very clean. The hotel is large but it’s a very calm atmosphere. Special thank you to Costa who delivered great service at breakfast.

Relaxing break in a fabulous place

Pros: The design, the room and the architecture were fabulous! Access to David Lloyd included in the room price was a game changer. The view was amazing

Cons: The staff was friendly but not very professional and lack of skills for such a place. Couple of mistakes done.

Elegant but not pretentious. We will be back!

Pros: EVERYTHING was superb. It's a new hotel but staff has been really well trained, friendly and genuine. Adam of breakfast service was a top fellow. Made for a great experience! Very good coffee. Restaurant menu perfect, chicken Cesar Salad the best! Views, stunning location, amazing interiors, comfort and style in every inch of this fantastic hotel. Elegant but not pretentious. We will be back!
