Spacious, clean, tide and quiet.

Pros: The apartment is very spacious, clean, tidy and quiet . There is a tram stop right in front which makes it super easy and quick to get to Brussels city centre. The host has been very friendly and courteous throughout. There is a shopping complex with a little supermarket, restaurants and shops just a one minute walk. The property exceeded our expectations.

Cons: Nothing, all great.

A warm spacious apartment just outside city centre with easy access to public transport - great host

Pros: We loved the space in the apartment which enabled our family to be both together but also each have our own space. The bedrooms and living areas were spacious with lots of closet space. The place was warm and welcoming. We also loved its location as it was right beside a shopping area for any shopping needs - small grocery store, pharmacy, restaurants and takeaway food. It was immediately in front of the tram stop which made easy access to the city centre but also the regional train system. Made transport very easy. Great place to stay

Cons: The only thing that could have been better is a few more cooking implements and bowls but that is because we like to cook. Others would find it totally sufficient as it had all the basics there. Our son also found the twin beds a bit hard (something to help soften them a bit would be great).

Everything is good and the location is convenient

Pros: Conveniently location. There is a mall which is next to the apartment and the tram station is just 1 min walk away. The owner of the apartment is also very helpful and will check in with us during our stay.

Cons: Nothing much. Just that the 2 single bed mattress is a little hard and my kids are complaining.

Very pleasant stay & communicative host

Pros: For sure if we return we will book again this appartment because it felt like home for a few days and it was packed with everything we needed: full-equipped kitchen, very spacious living room and all the toiletries needed. The host was very helpful, gave us very clear indications of how to reach the building/appartment and the locker and even provided some nice restaurant recommendations. 5⭐️

Very very nice place

Pros: A very nice apartment, brand new, very clean, and the owner always willing to help not only at the arrival. We had no problem , supermarket just 2 minutes walk, public transport just 1 minute walk. Parking place and everything you need for a very good time in Brussels.

Pros: Appartement is van alle gemakken voorzien, zeer schoon en ruim en gezellig ingericht. Host reageert snel en vriendelijk en geeft veel tips over fascilliteiten in de buurt. Met de tramhalte pal voor de deur ben je binnen een paar haltes in hartje Brussel. Naast het appartement bevindt zich een gezellig winkelcentrum waar je ook een hapje kunt eten of nog paar boodschapjes kan halen.

Pros: El apartamento no le falta detalle: amplio, acogedor y todo muy nuevo. Tiene el trambia enfrente y la estación de tren a unos 10 minutos andando. Tiene un centro comercial justo alado. La amabilidad del anfitrión y su esposa, que nos recibieron al llegar y nos mostraron el apartamento y como usar las instalaciones. Nos sentimos como en casa. \

Cons: No hay nada que no nos gustara .

Pros: magnifique appartement dans une résidence à l’architecture très intéressante à deux pas d’un grand centre commercial, c’est une perle superbement équipée

Bel viaggio ma l'appartamento di più

Pros: L'appartamento è bellissimo, identico alle foto. Gli spazi sono ben gestiti e ognuno può avere la sua privacy se lo desidera. Pulitissimo e con tutto l'occorrente sia in cucina che nei bagni. Arredato con molta cura e gusto. Molto silenzioso e tranquillo...fermata del tram 7 davanti al palazzo che ti porta direttamente in centro, e a fianco un piccolo centro commerciale con ristoranti, bar e carrefour. Adam è un host eccezionale, sempre disponibile. Per qualsiasi necessità è sempre stato presente. Anche sua moglie, che ci ha accolto all'arrivo e alla partenza, è davvero una persona squisita e disponibile. Grazie davvero ad entrambi per il fantastico soggiorno

Cons: Nessuna lamentela, tutto perfetto!

Excelente estadía

Pros: A nuestro grupo nos gusto absolutamente todo. Apartamento amplio e impecable, con todas las comodidades. Con una línea de tranvía en frente que te lleva directo al centro en 15 minutos, a la estación central. Adam súper amable, pendiente en todo momento por si necesitábamos algo, inclusive nos guardo las maletas todo el día después del check out y volvió para entregarnos a la hora coordinada. Sin dudar volveríamos a hospedarnos aquí

Cons: Nada
