Studio Retreat in the Centre of Ghent

Very happy with the accomodation.

Pros: Very well located, a stroll away from supermarkets and centre of town. The room was very quiet and clean. There is central heating and also aircon. There were classic records and a record player provided. Awesome choice of genres (for me).

Cons: The stairway is very narrow. This could be awkward if you had large suitcases. There is no fridge. Inconsiderate guests across the hall slamming their door when returning at night - but I suppose you can get that anywhere. The record player didn’t have a stylus in it ;(

Pros: La camera si trova al di sopra di un grazioso cafè a pochi metri dalle piazze principali della città, in una via molto tranquilla. L'accesso si effettua tramite un tastierino numerico con codice, molto pratico e sicuro. La camera si presenta con tutto l'essenziale, ben tenuta e pulita. Non è molto grande, ma per un breve soggiorno è l'ideale. Letto grande e comodo, angolo bagno ben tenuto e pulito. Sono stati gentilissimi e cordiali i gestori del bar sotto la camera, i quali fanno parte della stessa \

Knus, comfortabel en rustig sfeeroord temidden van de drukte in Ghent City!

Pros: Aanvankelijk vond ik de studio heel klein, maar toen ik 's avonds na het opzetten van een lp in bed kroop, gordijnen dicht en 1 sfeerlichtje aan, was het zalig knus en zeer comfortabel. Ik was heel moe, maar toch heb ik echt enorm genoten van deze gezelligheid!

Cons: Er is niet bepaald iets wat me tegenviel...integendeel! Een lp-speler ben ik nog nooit eerder tegengekomen. Ook de manier waarop de studio is ingericht vond ik heel verrassend en uniek. Echt heel fijn om eens iets anders te kunnen ervaren. Wat ik eveneens enorm wist te appreciëren, was de traktatie op een lekkere koffie en een yuzu lemon gebakje, na het uitchecken, vooraleer ik terug huiswaarts keerde. Merci daarvoor, lieve mensen! Een minpuntje misschien: een mini-koelkastje in de kamer, zou wel praktisch zijn. Nu, ik vond het niet echt een probleem, aangezien ik er slechts 2 nachten heb doorgebracht en overdag weg was voor zaken. Indien ik echter langer zou gebleven zijn en wat meer vrije tijd (steeds een gezond evenwicht tussen tijd maken om af te spreken met vrienden én voldoende rust (muziek, een goed boek lezen, siësta,...), dan zou zo'n frigo'tje wel handig zijn.

Pros: Everything was great! Exceptionally clean room, very comfortable bed, and very good location! Room is small but we found that very cozy, and also found a spot to open our extra big luggage, so i would say there is enough space for a short stay. Very nice touch to offer a voucher with two complimentary coffee and pastries from the coffee shop downstairs. I would defenitely return here when i travel again to Ghent 🖤

Cons: The staircase is very narrow, we had some hard time carying up our luggage but that made us have some good laughs, so i am not bothered 😅

Pros: Posizione ottima, centrale, cin una carinissima brasserie sotto casa. La stanza è molto carina, luminosa, con tutto il necessario per un soggiorno breve per due persone. Nonostante il ritardo nella preparazione era anche molto pulita.

Cons: Abbiamo avuto qualche problema ad aprire il locker al nostro arrivo. Al numero che ci era stato fornito per le emrgenze non ha risposto nessuno nel momento del bisogno. Fortunatamente è arrivata la ragazza addetta alle pulizie e abbiamo risolto, nonostante la camera non fosse ancora pronta oltre l'orario di check-in indicato.

Suberbe endroit parfaitement bien situé.

Pros: Adorable petit logement en centre ville, facile d'accès en bus, à deux pas des sites principaux. Hôte réactif. La clim en pleine période de canicule a été fortement appréciée :)

Cons: Nous avons eu quelques difficultés à ouvrir la boite à clefs, mais en forçant un peu, nous avons réussi, et notre hôte était très réactif par message et a suivi notre combat jusqu'à sa réussite :)

Pros: The space was perfect for a solo traveler spending a few days in Ghent. Location was great!

Cons: I thought it was slightly expensive for the space.

Pros: Çok temiz, çok merkezi ve yepyeni. Aşağısında bulunan kafe'nin odaları olarak düzenlenmiş. Bize kahve ve tatlı ikram ettiler :) Gent için yüzde yüz önerimdir, memnun kalmama ihtimaliniz yok.

Cons: Tek eksik odada buzdolabı yoktu.
