Bellavista Luxe Apartment with Leie View

A great apartment in a great location in a great city

Pros: We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Bellavista apartment. It’s spacious, clean, well maintained and well appointed. Beds are comfortable with good quality linen. The kitchen has a good range of pans, crockery, cutlery and implements. The sitting and dining area is comfortable. The apartment has a great view on to the river and is very well placed for the commercial and historical quarters with great bars and restaurants a few metres from the front door. Overall I highly recommend this apartment

Cons: The flecks of paint on the floor

An enjoyable if pricey place to stay.

Pros: Location was fantastic: five minutes walk from the centre and 24hr car park. Clean, comfortable and good heating. Lovely owner.

Cons: Lighting: baffling light switches which plunged us into dark in the bathroom during the night and tiny bedside lights you couldn’t read by. Steeply priced.

Good stay, nice location, efficient, friendly and helpful host and staff

Pros: Dritan, the owner, was running the restaurant downstairs and was very friendly and welcoming. Location great for walking around Ghent. Plenty of space in the apartment and good facilities on offer. Excellent communication by message, whenever I had a query it was dealt with immediately (thanks Laura!)

Cons: Main bedroom - mattress a little bit too soft but may be a personal preference. Would have been nice to have bedside or softer lighting. Second bedroom beds a little bit noisy when you moved but only a minor detail.

Modern Apartment, Great Views, Amazing Hosts

Pros: We had a wonderful 4-night stay at this apartment in Ghent. The location on Ajuinlei is absolutely fantastic — right in the heart of the city, within walking distance to all major attractions, shopping streets, and plenty of restaurants. The apartment itself is newly renovated, modern, and very comfortable. The highlight was definitely the beautiful river view from the living room, which made our stay even more special. The hosts, Laura and Dritan, were exceptional. They were attentive, responsive, and went above and beyond to make our stay smooth. A few days before our arrival, they even reached out to advise us about the LEZ registration requirement for our car in Ghent — something we weren’t aware of — and that saved us from any trouble. Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay in Ghent. Highly recommended! 🌟

Cons: Everything was perfect and whatever we needed was there. Since the hosts are very new in renting out apartment they are learning fast for the guests needs. Some stock of fresh linens and towels would have helped since we stayed over 4 nights but we had not asked for it otherwise i am sure they would have provided.

Super fijn en modern appartement

Pros: Het was een mooi en ruim appartement wat in het centrum lag. Fijne bedden en met twee slaapkamers.

Apartament ideal per gaudir de la ciutat

Pros: Apartament molt bonic i ben situat. Molt centric. Ideal per 4 persones. Hem estat molt bé. Per repetir.

Pros: Mooi schoon en ruim appartement. Keuken zeer compleet met alles wat je nodig hebt voor een weekend. Heerlijke bedden en locatie was perfect om Gent te ontdekken.

Pros: Great location. Walking distance to tram stations, supermarkets, and all tourist attractions.

Pros: A very beautiful apartment with excellent natural light and a lovely view. Conveniently located close to the city center with easy access to all parts of Ghent. It features a spacious bedroom, a large bathroom with shower and toilet, and a comfortable living room. The apartment is equipped with a stove, refrigerator, and dishwasher. The landlord was extremely kind and helpful, always providing us with anything we needed. In addition, cleaning service was provided every two days, which made the stay even more comfortable. A truly wonderful place to live!
