Beautiful, comfortable, and convenient, highly recommended!

Pros: An idyllic hotel just steps from Flanders Expo. Every detail is beautifully taken care of, and the staff are incredibly warm and welcoming. Reaching Ghent city center is effortless thanks to the nearby bus and tram stop just around the corner. Highly recommended!

A hidden gem in concrete mayhem

Pros: Chosen because of age, look and amenities. Convenience on our route, plus our room to the road for humping belongings off our bikes. Beautifully kept period cottage, providing a helpful and warm environment. The housekeeper was lovely, providing everything we needed. Breakfast was a feast! The room fully equipped... well be going back!

Cons: My only niggles- silly things. The door suite plaques detract from the beauty, they could be more subtle (stick out in the photos, detracting from the atmosphere) On the flip side, the downstairs loo could have a small flouro marker by the handle... with gorgeous heavy iron latches, I probably woke everyone trying every door downstairs in the middle of the night... and resorted to running to the upstairs one.

Wonderful hosts

Pros: Hosts were amazingly friendly. Couldn't be nicer. Room was very clean, bathroom clean and tidy. Comfy bed

Cons: Shower was very poor. My husband showered first and said he had water but it was not a strong shower. When it was my turn the water kept shutting off so I gave up.There was no coffee in the room but we were grateful for the large bottles of water. The room was a bit warm and the hosts provided us with a great fan. Slight concern regarding the electrical plug on the wall which was coming away from the wall. Over all very good stay.

Pros: The house was very nice. The room had all the amenities, shower, bed linen and towels. Too bad we only stayed for one night. I forgot a jacket and they sent it to me without any problem. I am really very grateful. I recommend it 100%. :-)
