Pros: The staff were so hospitable, Karl you were the best

Pros: 10 for hospitality, the host was very nice and offered his opinion where required. The bed was a delight, comfortable and inviting, we could not wake up. We did not try the breakfast but will do the next visit. Highly recommended!

Cons: We keep wondering why is there never a place to hang the wet towels after the shower? Could be nice to have a couple of hooks on the wall for that purpose.

Everything you want from a B&B. Clean comfortable with good breakfast & great host

Pros: Karl was a very welcoming host and made our stay especially enjoyable. The room was perfectly clean with super comfy bed. Breakfasts were delicious and provided an opportunity to get to know fellow guests. We enjoyed meeting people from Netherlands, Germany, Ireland and GB.

Cons: Completely happy with it

Pros: I had such a warm and comfortable stay here. It was so quiet, and I had a great night’s sleep every time. Props to the chef for the breakfast! If I ever make it back to Gent, I wouldn't stay anywhere else.

Pros: The staff (Karl and possibly his assistant) is super friendly and helpful. Karl gave us his phone number for easier contact and the assistant offered us great advice on breakfast. The room is spacious, clean, and very quiet indeed.

Cons: Well, I didn't expect there wasn't a lift and the hotel was much more like an apartment. There are possibly only 2-3 guest rooms on each floor. So when we arrived at 11 a.m., we only got a room on the second floor, and there was no elevator for us to carry the luggages upstairs. But given all that, Karl and the assistant helped us carried the luggages up and downstairs. Thus there was no real problem.

You will not be disappointed!

Pros: Great Location, huge comfortable room bed & bath. Delicious fresh breakfast and superbly well run. We’ll definitely go back.

Wonderful place

Pros: My wife and I had a lovely stay in the B&B. Communication with the owner/Karl was excellent (fast, helpful and to-the -point). The room was very nice and Karl made an excellent breakfast (just for us since we were the only ones there, it is perhaps a bit expensive but very good value for the money, trust me). reserving a parking space is very handy (you park in a private underground parking and it is a short walk to the B&B). Would come again.

Pros: Reasonably convenient for walking into town. Nice large room with good bathroom. Excellent breakfast.

Cons: Floor was very bare, considering the heating was just sufficient it would have been nice to have had a few rugs. For the size and cost of the room the two chairs might have been more comfortable. These were quite basic.

It was splendid stay and we loved it.

Pros: The property is very close to the station, it has super markets close by, the owner is super friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and had everything we needed. It was cleaned everyday. The room was super quiet and the air conditioning was nice. We were give daily water supply and there was sweets and fruits in the lobby for the guests.

Cons: We were on top floor and there was no elevator

Good location

Pros: Clean and spacious room. Friendly and helpful owner (Kirk).

Cons: No lift to any floor. We had to carry our baggage up the narrow stairs with help from Kirk.
