Nice comfortable stay near all main transportation modes and safe neighborhood

Cheap but well equipped, the best choice if you need a hostel relatively close to the airport.
Pros: Good hostel for a 1 or 2 night stay, half an hour walk from the airport.
Cons: The walls are very thin (but there are earplugs prepared in the room in case your neighbor is noisy like mine was).

Pros: Arrived fairly late for my room after spending a little longer in Bruges, so I was only going to be there for sleeping before a mid morning flight the next day. Given the split of reviews on here I can confirm that it's far better than people make out. Yes there's no staff (which is indicated), yes your room door is a window (with full covering blind if you know how to use one of those) but for the price and the fact that it says its a Hostel it's pretty easy to understand. That said my bed was comfortable, my room was impeccably clean. The check in process was as easy as can be and I couldn't hear any flights taking off as others have mentioned. No issues with sound from other rooms on my visit as others have stated and I slept my night throughout without earplugs, however these are provided should they be needed. There is also a vending machine which I didn't use but is a good choice for late arrivals like myself.
Cons: I had no problem with the heat in the room but I presume they may become muggy in warmer weather. As I'm only travelling I can't comment on the area around the hostel but a main door with code could possibly be a wise decision. As it is, it's fairly easy to access the main hall of the hostel which for a male is no problem but for others I wouldn't feel 100% safe. Likewise (and this isn't the hostels issue) but there are roads nearby that when walking down are dauntingly dark. Again, easy enough for me to handle as a male on my own but I would consider this upon arrival from whichever transport mode you have taken (train especially in my case)

The place offers great value for money, though it might not be ideal for light-sensitive sleepers due to the transparent
Pros: It's very convenient to go both to the city center and the airport. I highly recommend this place for anyone planning to travel in Brusselsโit offers much better value for money compared to staying in the city center.
Cons: The room doors are made of transparent floor-to-ceiling windows with curtains for privacy. Additionally, the hallway has motion-activated lights, which can be quite disruptive to sleep if triggered by other residents.
