We both liked the hotel and location and would definitely consider staying again.

Pros: Very polite helpful staff. Secure underground parking at a reasonable cost. We stayed in the new section which seemed fairly new and built to a good standard. There was no kettle in the room when we arrived but they immediately supplied one when we asked 👍breakfast was good! Bus stop to city centre right outside hotel with lots of regular buses.

Cons: There was nothing serious that we didn’t like but !! We did feel that it was minimalist design before function. There was nowhere for suitcases so they ended up on the floor! Virtually no storage. A small rail with some coat hangers over a small unit with a couple of shelves. The soap dispenser in the shower was at the opposite end to the shower head! Why ? There was an electric heater in the bathroom which was nice to have but it was placed right next to the toilet so you had to turn it off to use the toilet ( there was enough room and a long enough lead to mount it further away!!)

Good family hotel in a nice location

Pros: Nice location by the university and short walk into the main area of Leuven. The rooms we had were in a separate block from the main hotel but that was fine. If it had been raining it may have been a bit inconvenient since it wasn’t covered. Nice outdoor seating areas in different parts of the hotel.

Cons: Everything was good.

Beautiful historical building with modern and clean rooms

Pros: Beautiful historical building with modern and clean rooms. Nice restaurant on site. We had a large family room that accommodated comfortably our family of 4. Good buffet breakfast. Brilliant location in a quiet area very close to Arenberg Castle, it's park and it's university campus. Free parking available on the street nearby and private paid parking in the hotel garage also avaliable.

Cons: Just a few small things. All the pillows were thick and firm, not quite our preference. The family room we had was located on the first floor and, because the building is very old, it doesn't have any elevator. Furthermore the stairs are a bit narrow.

Good place to stay over in Leuven, especially close to the University and IMEC.

Pros: The room was a modern studio in a separte building, not expected if you look at the main building. Breakfast was extensive with wide choice and very good quality.

Cons: Parking facilities at the hotel; you have yo pay extra to park in a parking garage which has an interesting entry/exit. You have to walk through the rain to get to the breakfast room.

Always a pleasant stay

Pros: All was ok, no problems at all.. Breakfast starts at 7:00 but ideally for me 6:45 would be better.

An enjoyable and restful evening after a long drive ...

Pros: The rooms were large and well equipped. The location in the University was beautiful and provided much space for walks and fresh air. The breakfast was attentively served with a good choice of hot and cold foods.

Cons: The heating in the rooms were all set to frost protect on arrival and, although it took very little time to heat the rooms, it would have been better if the heating had been turned on prior to arriving in the rooms.
