Hotel Lepelbed

Amazin, definitely would prefer it again, recommended!

Pros: Breakfast was amazing and even they asked which type of egg do we want. Pancakes was perfect and delicious. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Parking was convenient and worked well. I liked the hotel and definitely would prefer to stay again.

Cons: In the pictures of the room there were bathtub but in our room we did not have bathtub. That was pity. Also, bed was not comfortable and they mixed 2 bed to get 1 big bed but we had a difficulty to sleep.

The friendliest stop over in Belgium?

Pros: We were made so welcome by Jaco when we arrived after a long drive from Karlsruhe. He gave us loads of advice about Gent, was helpful in making sure we had everything we needed and was on hand to pour a beer in the evening! The Cycling history from Norbert is fascinating and we had a great conversation over a superb breakfast with him, his friend and other guests.

Cons: Difficult to say, everything was just right!

Great stay!

Pros: Staff were friendly and really helpful! Breakfast was also excellent. Appreciated the helpful booklet provided within the room, as it listed various transport options to get into Gent centre. (We used the nearby Park and Ride - super convenient, and I probably wouldn't have been aware of it without this booklet.)

Cons: Not many decent options for food (within walking distance and open on a weekday evening). No issues though, and would recommend for a short stay. :)

Lovely stay at this B&B, hope we can return one day!

Pros: Really helpful and friendly staff, a lovely building, absolutely fantastic breakfast as well. The room was very comfy and spacious, with a AC for the hot days. The area is very safe and quiet, and it's easy to get to the nearest bus stop, or the tram stop further up. Also close to petrol station, supermarket, and the amazing Beerhalle!

Cons: The only problem we found was that a cycling team who was staying at the same time as us, had filled almost the whole car park with their team vehicles, leaving us no space to park one evening.

Pros: The breakfast was exceptional. The staff was very attentive, and engaged/ English abilities were exceptional. outdoor seating area was an excellent place to take a break.

Cons: Its a tiny thing - but the shower in my room was broken. It worked to clean - but the shower head coult not be raised, and was roughly at my waist....

Pros: Good parking Kettle and coffee Lovely garden with seating area

Cons: Bit far out from Ghent

Comfortable stay

Pros: Hotel is really nice. You can reach Gent centre easily by tram. Rooms are comfortable and breakfast is delicious. Parking for free outside.

Cons: All good

Pros: Very good breakfast, very nice staff, bus stop really close. Getting to Ghent centre was a breeze
