Pros: We really enjoyed our stay. The room was very stylishly furnished and we felt very comfortable in the house. Kenzo gave us a very warm welcome. The location was perfect. It was very quiet and at the same time very close to the center.

Pros: Kenzo and Gwynn were wonderful hosts and made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. The room was spacious and beautifully decorated, and the location was excellent, very close to Gravensteen. We especially loved the sauna right next to the room, which made the stay even more special ♡

Pros: Really well decorated and comfortable. Hosts were great at keeping us informed and very friendly.

Quiet, friendly, comfortable

Pros: Very stylish place, lovely products to use in the bathroom and lovely touches like sweets left for us on arrival. Very clean. The kitchen is lovely with delicious coffee to help yourself to. The bed was very big and comfortable. The shower is huge and great pressure and heat. We didn't meet the hosts but they were extremely attentive on the phone and I think other family members were around if we had any issues with anything. The location is fantastic, very short walk to the centre but away from the noise. Very quiet and peaceful place. We didn't use the sauna as it was so hot outside but it looked very nice and clean.

Cons: We had issues with mosquitos in the room, they did provide a plug in but it was just high season for them at a hot time of year. Therefore to keep them out we couldn't open the door so the room was very hot and stuffy. They did provide a fan so they did all they could for us but the way the room was set up it just made sleeping a bit uncomfortable. It's not really a complaint as they were very attentive and helpful, but more a consideration for those who get bad bites like myself. The bathroom door also didn't really close all the way which wasn't a big issue for us but might be for some.

Pros: The room was very clean and fragrant. The check in is completely automated and the owners really available. I reccomend it for sure!

Pros: My daughter & I shared a room which we absolutely loved. The Belgian design really resonated with us. We were warmly welcomed by the owner. The room was clean & very comfortable. We had everything we needed. We had use of a great shared kitchen but we ate out so we didn't use it. I was keen to try out the sauna but ended up being so busy exploring Ghent that I ran out of time. The location was perfect, within easy walking distance to everything.

Pros: Graaf was beautifully styled with a cozy vibe and super friendly hosts. The room was spotless and comfortable, and made us feel at home. The location was also very convenient for exploring Ghent.

Pros: Great location, close to the centre of the old town. Quiet area. Room was lovely, with everything you need supplied. Hosts were lovely, and very helpful, with great communication. Would definitely return when visiting Ghent again.

The best 3 nights I've had in ages!

Pros: I had the best time, tranquility, sauna, rest and relaxation. I will be recommending to everyone, and coming back for sure!

Cutest place in the cutest city!

Pros: Super cute place! Beautiful rooms, and the communal kitchen was nice and spacious. The hosts were so nice and friendly, felt like we were staying at a friends place. Location is also really good, close to everything, but on a quiet street. Loved chilling in the sauna on Sunday evening. Will definitely be going back!
