Pros: Ease of check-in. You had the keys before you arrived and knew exactly how to get in. The room and amenities were enough for a couple on a short trip.

Everithing was fine and I will consider to stay again if I return to Brussels.
Pros: The new experience in use a digital key to access the hotel and the room.
Cons: In case of the online key doesn’t work, should have a intercom available to reach the remote reception and allow the guest to get in. If for some reason a guest get any tech problems, will be a pain to sorted.

Pros: Everything was good, we liked that it was just 20min walk from the center, it was clean and comfortable. We love the idea of self checkin and checkout.
Cons: We payed for the parking and we had to call and wait for the code of the door 2h there. It would be better if they send the code right when you book and pay the parking, cuz even if you arrive earlier you can just leave the car and go out for food or walk until the checkin hour comes.

Good for a short stay
Pros: The digital model of access to the hotel and the room is interesting and didn't scare me. It was not difficult to figure out the digital locks. Most of the hotel guests were business people, and it was quiet during the night and day. The room was cleaned every day. The bed was comfortable. In the lobby you can buy coffee and hot water for tea (but you need to have your own tea bags). Also, there is a machine with snacks. There are some mini-markets nearby the hotel, where you can buy water, food etc. The hotel is not very far from the city centre and 15 minutes of walking from the central station. It wasn’t a bad choice for the price, especially since all other hotels in the city centre in the same price range were fully booked.
Cons: The surroundings are really alarming. However, nothing bad happened during my stay. I didn't like the tap water at all. It was said on the Internet that tap water in Brussels is good and safe to drink. But it smelled bad for me. The windows were always left open by the staff after cleaning. So when I was back it was cold in the room.

Was clean and comfy and close to the train station.
Pros: The room was quite spacious and the beds were clean. The main problem was that it was a very noisy part of the city and people were shouting at all hours of the night. The shower was annoying in that you had to keep pressing the button to get the water to flow but it was a good flow and nice temperature. Your questions were answered quickly and politely and it was easy to get access.
Cons: The area was a bit scary and also very noisy at night. The room was very hot through the night with no air conditioning. To use the shower you had to keep pressing the button to get the water.

Pros: It was really clean and convenient. 950 meters from the station. Recommend this hotel for sure.
Cons: Area outside the hotel is not clean. But that is got nothing to do with the hotel.

Pros: The hotel was a new gen unmanned hotel😁. No Staffs. U have to fill the reception form early and get a virtual key for main and room entry. I forgot to do that still they sent me the keys through my mail. But not able to activate it. Fortunately another man has key come and we just get inside the main lobby. Then we try to contact the hotel through Wattsapp and wait. Finally after 20mins we got the activation of our virtual key. Then it was very nice. We can share the keys to our fellow room mates. All virtual 😁. The stay was nice and nearby one Arabic hotel and that food was so nice and cheap compared to other European cities. Room was good clean and nicely furnished. All are good we enjoyed even the delay and the next gen check in. Meanwhile we also able to help one German granny who faced difficulties in accessing the car parking area. We enjoyed our stay

comfortable and sort out the vending machine, not very good either
Pros: I think the key system needs to be more documented because it was people just had basic phones could not get cold for the door. I thought that was a bit poor should be looked at that everything was okay.
Cons: The top part is what I didn’t like the top part everything is okay, but I think that’s the biggest issue that you have

Pros: First of all, I must say that based on the comments I was worried, because on the internet it was written that guests had problems using the backend system to open the hotel entrance and room doors. But honestly, I have to say that if you follow the instructions sent by the hotel, it is very simple and no problems arise. The location is not in a very good neighborhood, but it is only a 20-minute walk to the city’s main square. The initial cleanliness was fine, but on the second day when the room was cleaned, my hair was still left in the bathroom. The room does not have an electric kettle, but hot water is available for free in the lobby.
Cons: If I want to be strict, the negative points are that on the hotel’s Booking.com page it was not mentioned that there is no reception and that everything is electronic and contactless. You also do not receive any information from the hotel until a few hours before check-in. In addition, the online check-in process did not complete, and I repeatedly received emails saying “please check in,” which was a bit worrying.
