Great Location in Historic area.

Pros: The location was very good. The room was comfortable and staff were helpful. Parking in centre of Ghent was a bonus.

Cons: We found the public rooms to be small but we're not unduly affected.

Nice room on amazing location in the heart of Ghent old town

Pros: Our room was clean and cozy. Hotel personnel are nice and friendly and breakfast is really tasty. Location of this hotel is amazing, right next to Gravensteen castle and beautiful Korenlei. Would definitely recommend it!

Pros: The hotel was very convenient to explore the old city limits, close to all amenities without having to walk very far. The hotel room itself was spacious and had everything we need for a very comfortable 4night break

Cons: Nothing, everything was perfect for a City break

Pros: We will always stay here when in Ghent. It is so convenient for the centre of the City, and the rooms are comfortable and they do an excellent buffet breakfast

Cons: In the main building, there are large glass doors at the top of the stairs on the first floor. These are completely clear (very clean) glass, so clear in fact that one of our party walked into one unaware that it was a closed door Perhaps a hotel logo on the glass would have helped make the glass door more obvious. Overall not really a \

Comfortable hotel right in front of the entrance to the old historical center.

Pros: The hotel is located in a historical building which gives it a scent of style. Rooms are tidy and clean. The breakfast is rich, fresh, served in nice rooms. The location is more than excellent - the historical city center is nearly at the front door. The castle Gravensteen is seen immediately as you get out of the hotel. For such a location and quality, the value for money ratio is very high.

Cons: --

Late Sept early Oct stay

Pros: I asked if a room overlooking the castle would be available and, whilst promising nothing, they hoped they would be able to accommodate us. When we arrived, that is exactly what they had done so I was very grateful. The room was very quiet and we could not hear any traffic. The curtains were blackout which was lovely as it was east facing. No early wake up because of Sun. WC and shower were separate which is always useful.

Cons: Bed was a little softer than we are used to but not so soft as to be uncomfortable. That is just a customer preference and nothing the hotel can be expected to manage.
