Lovely hotel, friendly staff and the room was great.

Pros: Rooms very spacious, cosy design. Purpose built hotel, perfect for people with disabilities. Very well thought through design. Extremely helpful, obliging and friendly staff. One of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. Will definitely recommend to friends and family.

Cons: Nothing to complain about. Maybe could benefit from having the restaurant serve lunch/dinner, not only breakfast.

Pleasant one night stay

Pros: The staff and service at the hotel was very good. Check-in process was efficient. Rooms are spacious, and bed was very comfortable. Parking at the hotel was a good suprise.

Cons: Nothing that made my experience bad, nevertheless still sharing here: the only thing that we didn't appreciate was the fact that we ordered a croque monsieur at the hotel and what was served was a very simple ham and cheese grilled sandwich, and we paid 7 euros for that. I would suggest to change names since that was for sure not a croque monsieur.

Great location, clean rooms, staff were very friendly and service was excellent. Would highly recommend staying here.

Overall very pleased with our stay and as good as the other two times we stayed here.

Cons: Overall it was good but the wifi was not great, ended up using phone data which was faster.

Pros: The staff was friendly, and the room was spacious. Everything was very comfortable and in good condition. We're grateful we were able to check in early; and the parking is a great bonus :)

Cons: The only odd thing was that when we moved the table in the room, we found crumbs and the floor was dirty. But apart from that, everything was fine.

Lovely hotel

Pros: Fabulously comfortable, car park next door, beds very comfortable and lots of cupboard space. Showers are set up as walk ins, very hot water with excellent pressure. Very convenient for walking to town centre

Cons: Take your own Costa coffee pods! Booked 3 rooms, over £1000 for 3 nights and the hotel only provides 2 coffee pods, i.e for 1 night... if you want more you have to buy them. Never seen anything like it, so bizarrely tight fisted. Shame, it did spoil the experience

Great hotel, 10 minute walk from centre.

Pros: The hotel was very smart and clean. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. Excellent parking next door. Enjoyed the breakfast but a bit expensive. Very spacious room and comfortable bed.

Cons: The bathroom was designed for handicapped people. And wasn’t very comfortable. The toilet was too high, the shower was tight in the corner. Otherwise very clean and everything worked properly.
