Great value for money and quiet for a good night sleep

Pros: Fantastic value for money, very quiet for a good night sleep, and a great location close to all the best spots yet nicely tucked away from the noise.

Cons: It’s not a luxury property, you must know that. It is very clean, comfortable, accessible, and great value for money, but don’t expect grandeur. The stairs are narrow and very steep, so be mindful of that. HOWEVER, don’t be put off by these details. Just be mindful.

Pros: The location is great to visit Gent, it's merely 10 minutes away from the city center. I also had good communication with the property manager.

Cons: There is little phonic isolation so I could hear when other people came in in the middle of the night and I could hear when other people would shower. The room I stayed in didn't have a proper mirror and the lighting in the bathroom was quite poor. I'd recommend investing in a proper mirror or a proper light.

lovely place

Pros: An excellent stay from start to finish. The house was spotlessly clean, beautifully maintained, and fully equipped with everything we needed. The location was very convenient, and the atmosphere was quiet and relaxing. The host was extremely friendly, welcoming, and always available for any questions. We would definitely choose this place again and highly recommend it.

Beautiful stay in a comfy apartment

Pros: Beautiful apartment, the bathroom was especially eye-catching! Everything was clean and the bed was super comfy! The location was also great

Cons: The stairs were a bit narrow and our room was on the 3rd floor. This was not a problem for us but this may not suit everybody

Great location and fantastic beds

Pros: Excellent location, great info/communication and much appreciated handy advice like places to get breakfast. Rooms are the perfect size with the most comfortable beds and lovely scented toiletries. Overall fantastic and I would recommend it.

Cons: Rooms just need a little tlc from general wear and tear i.e. marks on the wall and damaged wall lamp but nothing that impacted us or our stay.
