I enjoyed my stay

A very clean, spacious room, equipped with everything you could wish for!

Pros: The lady on the reception is super helpful and friendly, she let me choose the room that suits me the most, and she helped me to book a taxi for the morning (as I don't speak French). The room was spacious, modern, very well equipped with literally everything, a big fridge, cooker, microwave, cutlery and plates, a kettle, a fan, lots of furniture, the bed was huge with super comfy pillows, everything is very clean! I was honestly pleasantly surprised, after staying in many hotels across Europe!

Pros: Nice location. Just next to the train station and the metro is 2 minutes away by foot. Facilities fabulous, lovely, and clean. The lady at the reception was kind and flexible. I really recommend it!!

Cons: Far away from Brussels, too noisy because of work in progress. No elevator if you have heavy bags.

Pros: The accommodation was very pleasant, the place was clean and comfortable, and the reception was warm and welcoming. I would also like to commend you for providing a bidet shower in the bathroom, which many places do not offer. Its absence can be an issue for a segment of guests, myself included, so I truly appreciated its availability.

Cons: If I may offer one small observation, it concerns the shelf located above the bed; I bumped my head on it several times during my stay.
